A catalog as powerful as it is promising sets the stage for this afternoon’s Gran Venta Selecta, hosted by the legendary Haras Abolengo. Starting at 3 PM at the Tattersall del Hipódromo de San Isidro, and organized by (Arg) Sales, the event will unfold both in-person and online, offering buyers from all corners a shot at yearlings bred in the purple.

No less than 65 lots will go through the ring, a dazzling lineup that includes progeny by proven sires such as Equal Stripes (Candy Stripes), Cosmic Trigger (Lizard Island), Daddy Long Legs (Scat Daddy), Treasure Beach (Galileo), Fortify (Distorted Humor), Hi Happy (Pure Prize), and notably, the first crop of Pneumatic (Uncle Mo), the farm’s exciting young stallion.

Lot 2 is Cool Bro (Pneumatic–Cool Site), a half-brother to Cool Day (John F Kennedy), another Carlos Pellegrini (G1) champion, while Care for Daddy (Daddy Long Legs–Care For) sells as Lot 3, a brother to champion Care Lady and G2 winner Carteame, both by Equal Stripes.
