After the bad pill that meant for all her people the disqualified due to a treatment suffered when won the Clásico Raul Lottero (L) at La Plata last September, Save Your Tears returned in a fashion way, recovering the time quickly and projecting her name in the speed outside the straight.

Already a winner in the dirt of La Plata and in the sand at Palermo, coming back from a layoff in her previous race, now the daughter of Full Mast widened the panorama by winning the Clasico Francia (L-1200 m), the strongest race of the entertaining day that took place this Sunday.

The filly owned by Stud Chichín, trained by Néstor Bustos at La Plata, is running very fast, now making herself felt against more experienced rivals and achieving a result to dream of even greater feats.

Emiliano Siniani -affirming himself week after week- took full advantage of the minimum weight of 53 kilos that Save Your Tears had to carry, proposing a head to head from the start to Churrullera (Fortify, 56 1/2), running everywhere under fractions of 21s31/100 and 44s82/100.

No matter how hard the track is at this stage of the year, you have to come so fast; and coming so fast you have to be able to keep the pace to the finish line, as happened with the winner, who in the middle of the stretch control the situation and her rival to then distance herself with solvency.

At the finish line she was 4 lengths ahead of Churrullera, who did a good job, while the favorite Look Happy (Hi Happy, 57) was third, a neck back. At 5 and 4 more lengths, respectively, Forever Rim (Remote, 55) and Reina Mirta (Mask, 55) completed the order of finish. The final time was stupendous: 1m8s68/100.

Bred by Haras El Paraíso and out of Perfectperformance's Tan Tiernita, Save Your Tears overcame the double challenge of her first try overt turf and her return to the stakes stage. We will have to follow her closely from now on, even if her connections try to take her to longer distances.
