After several weeks with very low entries, the San Isidro Racecourse has managed to organize three programs within the normal range. The first of these will take place this Friday, with another event on Saturday, and a more unusual program scheduled for Tuesday, March 18.

The most significant action will take place next Saturday when the América (G2) and Ricardo, Ezequiel, and Ezequiel M. Fernández Guerrico (G2) classics will be contested over one mile on turf. The former is open to all horses aged 3 and older, while the latter is reserved for fillies and mares from 3 years old, both important tests for the middle distances.

In the América, four horses were forfaits, leaving 11 runners at the gate, including Bronx (Qué Vida Buena) and Don Latido (John F Kennedy), who recently competed in the Horacio Bustillo (G2).

Other entries include: Bitter Orange (Treasure Beach), Concord (Remote), Estero de Ibera (Il Campione), Folie Ninja (Hat Ninja), Monsieur Delon (Il Campione), Particulado (Mask), Santo Varón (Sebi Halo), The Goat(Fortify), and What a Man (Mastercraftsman).

Meanwhile, there were no changes for the Fernández Guerrico, where the 10 fillies will be: Dream Serena (Forge), Full Macarena (Full Mast), Kelly Rose (Il Campione), La Colomer (Grand Reward), Miss Talento (Equal Talent), Obra Clásica (Daddy Long Legs), Punta Turquesa (Fortify), Same Treasure (Treasure Beach), Verenna (Cosmic Trigger), and Viva Al Sur (South Kissing).

For Tuesday, March 18, the Jockey Club will host the Regimiento de Granaderos a Caballo (L) (2200 meters, turf) and the Eduardo Jara (1000 meters, turf), both for horses aged 3 and older, with the latter being run under handicap conditions.

In the first of these races, leading up to the Gran Premio 25 de Mayo (G1), the five confirmed entries are: Beatles(Sixties Song), Gadzooks (Galán de Cine), Kennedy Back (John F Kennedy), Mister Coquette (Mastercraftsman), and Southern Secret (Southern Cat).
